Christin Nevins is an Adaptive Leadership Coach passionate about seeing churches and spiritual leaders thrive. Through SLI, she’s worked with medium and large churches, regional and state-wide teams, and coached individual ministry leaders across several denominations.

Christin has a background in communication and consulting in health care, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, non-profit organizations, and higher education. She’s coached corporate executives and led teams through organizational change, conflict reconciliation, and strategic planning for over 15 years. It has become evident that the leader’s health disproportionately impacts an organization. This has fueled her passion for seeing leaders and teams grow in spiritual health and adaptive capacity for the sake of the mission and the overall health of every person they lead or influence.

A Wyoming native, Christin has made Central Indiana her home since 1995. Married for over 23 years with three children – two teenagers and one young adult – she loves being outdoors, watercolor painting, and gardening.
