Some of my Projects

I have been working on and with SLI teams in the Indiana Conference. This has included replicating and facilitating teams in 3 districts, participating in the Bishop’s Operational Team and facilitating the extended cabinet team (directors and superintendents).

Indiana District Teams

All district teams are working to bring innovation and support to superintendents as mission strategists. The result is more creative and fruitful projects that are equipping clergy and laity for ministry.

Indiana Extended Cabinet

The extended cabinet team has moved from "silo" work to collaborative work with shared vision, goals, and strategies. This has greatly impacted the alignment of ministry across the conference.
