Team Leadership

with Dr. Bryan Sims

Description: Why is leading together in a team so critical in seasons of disruption? How can I build a healthy team? This workshop will provide the tools needed to identify different types of teamwork needed in a local church or ministry, especially when facing challenges. We will discuss common team dysfunctions and the methods needed to overcome them. We will discover proven practices to build team trust, inspire innovation, and get results.

You’ll leave this session with discernment questions, a process for gaining clarity, and a “next steps” plan. Description: The Spiritual Leadership Generator is a process for developing everyday followers of Jesus into spiritual leaders. It is designed for both clergy and lay leaders. We’ll look at biblical leadership through the life of Christ and dive into what it means to apply these concepts in our lives. You will walk away with a firm grasp on how what you have learned impacts you spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and vocationally.

Process: Five modules over the course of 10 months of experiential training. Two retreats and weekly 90 minute meetings.

SLI offers one on one coaching sessions with a seasoned SLI coach, who becomes a conversation and accountability partner in your spiritual formation, leadership formation, team development, and ministry action planning.

SLI offers coaching for your team. This can vary from the team development stage, the foundation phase where a team works through the SLI team process, or the experimentation phase where a team moves into action toward generative ministry.
