Heather Evans is the Director of Reach, Send, and Fresh Expressions at Grace Church in Cape Coral, Florida. There she oversees multiple Fresh Expressions of church and leads a team of amazing volunteers who take church into the neighborhood in a variety of ways with people from all walks of life. 

Heather is also on staff with the Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church as part of the Fresh Expressions team, helping congregations launch Fresh Expressions like Dinner and Messy Church. Heather is passionate about Dinner Church. She launched Eat Pray Love dinner church in the 2nd largest trailer park in the United States in 2016. Since then, EPL has spread to 3 different locations weekly, each in its own unique context. In 2019, Heather led the Florida Conference Dinner Church Initiative in partnerships with Verlon Fosner and FXUS.  This initiative saw 55 new dinner churches take shape that year! 

Heather and her husband Rod live in Florida and have four grown children.
