John Duff

John has worked in churches as a Youth Pastor, Director of Discipleship and currently serves as an Assistant Pastor in Danville, KY. 
 
John is passionate about inviting people into deeper discipleship, leadership development as well as helping churches become places where young people want to be and grow in their faith.  
 
John loves team sports, and so the role of coach fits him well. He enjoys soccer and volleyball.  Woodworking is his side hobby and enjoys building furniture that is functional, durable and beautiful.

With wise understanding of their context they are seeking to take full leadership off their pastor and adapt a truly team based approach to leadership. With this they face the questions of vision, mission and values in an oversized building and grand history. They seek to move forward without letting the past define who they are now.
