Kathy is passionate about seeing people with “shining eyes” develop a heart as disciples in their local church, and then use their gifts to glorify God in extraordinary ways together. She has seen the impact of the SLI team model in local churches, annual conferences, denominational levels, and across the world – and believes that it is truly a transformational approach to help the Church be all Goddesses it to be.
She received her undergraduate degree from Asbury University in Bible-Theology, and an MA from Asbury Theological Seminary in Christian Leadership.
Kathy served as a lay person in staff positions at United Methodist congregations for the past 12 years, has been a delegate to a number of General Conferences, and has a heart for the local church – particularly youth ministry and discipleship. Married to Eric, they have three young children and live in central Ohio.
