Mike Jarrell is the Director of Creo collective: a network committed to multiplying disciples, expressions of the church, and networks out of the harvest. Creo is primarily a bivocational and covocational network and has a mixture of microchurches, Missional communities, house churches, Digital churches, missionaries in homeless shelters or those working with addiction recovery, and many other apostolic and prophetic adventures.

Mike is also Founder, Director, and Coach for Narrow Road Communities. These communities form a network of microchurches, Missional action groups, and other works of compassion in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

Mike is married to his wife Jackie, and they have three children, Addison, Mikey, and Elyse.
