Description: The Spiritual Leadership Generator is a process for developing everyday followers of Jesus into passionate spiritual leaders living out their calling. It is designed for both lay and clergy leaders. We look at biblical leadership through the life of Christ and dive into what it means to apply these concepts in our lives. You will walk away with a firm grasp on how what you have learned impacts you spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and vocationally.
Process: Four modules over the course of eight months of experiential training. Two retreats and weekly 90 minute meetings.
Cost: $795 per person

Description: This training is an accelerated introduction to SLI’s unique, integrated model that prepares you to take a next step as a spiritual leader. It is designed for people interested in gaining an overview and experience of the L3 (Loving, Learning, Leading) process and environment. Participants will learn about the principles of SLI and some of the tools used when leading a team through the L3 process.
Process: 12 hours of cohort time + access to Teachable course that you can complete individually
Cost: $600 per person
